For the exhibition Venice and American Studio Glass (6 September 2020 - 10 January 2021) and to mark the fourth edition of The Venice Glass Week, in addition to the special opening on Wednesday 9 September, LE STANZE DEL VETRO are proposing free guided visits without the need to book from 6 to 11 September at 5 pm in Italian or English, and from 12 September every Saturday and Sunday at 12 noon in English or Italian and at 5 pm in Italian. From 12 September visitors can reserve their own guided visits and arrange the date and time, two days in advance of the date requested.

On 13 September at 11 am and 27 September at 4 pm there will also be two special SUNglassDAYs, the Sunday appointments designed for families and children.

The standard programme of SUNglassDAYs dedicated to the current exhibition, with lots of novelties, will take place on Sunday 18 and 25 October, 8 and 15 November as always at 4 pm.

The two Fuso-Fuso!! meetings scheduled for 23 October and 13 November at 5 pm will have as special guests experts in the history and the techniques of glassmaking.

All the activities are curated by Artsystem and are free of charge with prior booking (free phone 800-662477 Mon-Fri, from 10 am to 5 pm, artsystem@artsystem.it).

To guarantee a pleasant and safe visit for you and your family we strongly advise you to plan your arrival and make a booking both for the guided visit scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays and for entering the exhibition area even in small family groups: just send an e-mail to info@lestanzedelvetro.org or contact Artsystem, artsystem@artsystem.it, at least 48 hours before the event in which you wish to take part.

All the educational activities will take place in full compliance with the rules of social distancing and good practice for the protection of public health in museum environments. The whole programme may undergo changes at any time according to the developments of the health situation regarding the Covid-19 emergency and these will be notified immediately.
