“Cirva: Artists Trying their Hand with Glass” is the educational programme for schools curated by Artsystem on the occasion of the exhibition “A Furnace in Marseille. Cirva”
Artsystem has curated new activities for children of all ages combining fun and learning. All activities are free upon booking.
The programme for primary school students (5 to 10 years old) is dedicated to the discovery of the forms and the reflections of glass; secondary school students (11 to 13 years old) will make the artistic experience into a team relationship.
The upper-secondary school students (14 to 19 years old) will find out how the themes of interest of the ten international artists on show have dealt with the potential of glass.
An opportunity reserved for grades 4 and 5 of the upper-secondary school: tour of the exhibition combined with a brief visit to the archives of the Glass Study Centre, the research body of LE STANZE DEL VETRO cultural project. “Glass Glossary” is the CLIL activity (Content and Language Integrated Learning) for secondary school students: the visit to the exhibition will be an opportunity to practice your Spanish.
