Corpus of the Archaeological Glass Collections in Veneto, vol. 5
 
This volume presents the study of ancient glass preserved at the Archaeological Museum at the Roman Theatre of Verona and in other Veronese collections, including the Fondazione Museo Miniscalchi-Erizzo and the Museo Civico di Cologna Veneta, within the framework of the Corpus of the Archaeological Glass Collections in Veneto. After an overview of the project and an analysis of the glass forms represented in the collections, the book offers a catalogue of the artefacts organised by typology and by collection groups.
The volume includes the history of the collections and the related catalogue entries, and is accompanied by colour plates, graphic plates, inventory concordances, a general bibliography, and a glossary of ancient glass dedicated to forms, decorative and manufacturing techniques, and technical terminology. It constitutes an essential reference work for the study of archaeological glass in the Verona area.
