During the tours, visitors are given a comprehensive explanation of the works on show and the techniques used in their production, together with an overview of the history of Venetian glass. Visitors can also learn more about the cultural projects of LE STANZE DEL VETRO, including its research, study and archive activities.
LE STANZE DEL VETRO’s cultural program takes place alongside its exhibitions and is developed through its study, research and archiving activities, serving as an essential introduction for visitors while providing a much-appreciated outline of the cultural proposals for the year.
There is no minimum number of visitors required. Larger groups of more than 20 people are welcome at short intervals in order to ensure a better visit. Independently organised guided groups are kindly asked to contact LE STANZE DEL VETRO prior to their arrival in order to avoid overlapping with other scheduled guided tours.
Visitors can enjoy the exclusive and intimate experience of a private tour after the closing hours of LE STANZE DEL VETRO upon request and subject to availability, in exchange for a money donation for research activities organized by the Glass Study Centre of the Cini Foundation.
