Ettore Sottsass: The Glass
Special guided tours in Italian Sign Language
On Sunday June 11th, guided tours of the exhibition “Ettore Sottsass: The Glass” will be offered in Italian Sign Language for visitors with hearing impairment.
In the frame of the 7th national edition of the 2017 “Arteinsieme Biennale – Culture and cultures without barriers”, at 10 am and 3 pm on Sunday June 11th, the exhibition spaces at LE STANZE DEL VETRO will be filled with new silent languages to view and explore the show “Ettore Sottsass: The Glass” from a totally new perspective!
The usual guided tours conducted by Artsystem that accompany the visitors on a discovery of the exhibition will now be available in Italian Sign Language for the hearing-impaired.

This initiative is promoted in collaboration with Biennale Arteinsieme of the Omero National Tactile Museum in Ancona, with the aim of encouraging school and social integration for the disabled through art and cultural heritage, in particular contemporary art.
